In industrial electric drive systems, it is common to find objects that need solve the problem of angular position control, moving object from one another asymptotically with no over-correction and guarantee. calculation maximum fast impact. This a multi-target optimization many different solutions. paper presents method constructing PMSM motor controller variable structure using dSPACE 1104 card. The system consists control loop an outer speed degree inner loop. which, adjustment uses adaptive law compensate for uncertain functions build sliding mode observation estimate load torque, friction noise. results simulation study were verified on Matlab-Simulink environment experimented card check correctness built algorithm. research in are basis evaluation setting up algorithms, design systems industry military.
